 Software Trainer’s ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Extensive knowledge of the technology and applications, including the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio).

  • Ability to identify component steps in multi-step processes and develop skills training and instructional materials based on those steps.  Provide assistance with trouble shooting and planning for complex document processing jobs.
  • Develop and implement procedures to optimize effectiveness; and ensure that technology is used appropriately and effectively.  Serve as a resource and mentor.
  • Identify and develop skills training and other professional development opportunities for Support staff.
  • Gather and maintain knowledge of a variety of support tools and resources, including those involving graphics and document support.  Disseminate that knowledge to the department as appropriate.
  • Experience with and understanding of the work product routinely provided by the Firm’s Executives to its clients, and the tools typically used to prepare those deliverables.

Some occasional travel is required.
