 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of Collection Manager

  • Prepare reports to inform Director of Finance and COO regarding status of receivables.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings with attorneys regarding status of receivables.
  • Coordinate quarterly meetings with Finance Committee regarding status of receivables.
  • Run monthly statement process in Elite 3E for all offices.
  • Send monthly statements to clients, may require coordination with attorneys.
  • Place phone calls and emails as required to clients for status on payment.
